It quickly became apparent that the privacy fence was not going to work. Fred was just always there, staring at him, probably judging him for his unkempt grass and uneven brick path. And that damn bowtie. It just made everything worse.

A sketch from yesterday. I don't love all my art, and this is a piece that didn't turn out the way I saw it in my head. I struggle with drawing profiles, and arms and hands are a challenge for me. This is an area where I need to practice more and build up my skills and confidence.

I will draw this one again at some point to see if I can make it closer to the cool image I see in my head.

Today was the day to learn how to fly!
